motivation is before races not after.. motivate them to come home,, then get them ready for the next one,, you must use different things to motivate each week.. right here is one for you,, week 1 - for celibate cocks,, put bowls in box thursday evening,, friday morning open boxes,, 1 hour before basketing put basket on floor in loft with 1 hen in it,, put 2 bowls on basket.. then leave for 30 mins..lol.. then go back and basket birds.. lol.. they will be bouncing,, week 2 - not telling ..lol.. goodluck all for 2008 ant

when they are the right size,, sometimes it will be 5 days sometimes 7.. there is no definative day to do it,, do it too early and the ring sometimes slips off do it too late and you'll need fairy liquid.. so the answer is between 5 and 9 days.. goodluck ant

like 2 peas in a pod,,, have to look at the rings to see what's what.. also got 2 blue maris cocks in there also,, don't know what they are until they go to their boxes.. lol.. luc was a very nice chap and the oldman said he would recommend them to any one,, but the prices have shot up in 3 years.. we paid £40 each for latebreds and other nearby lofts paid £100 each in 2006 for the same.. so goodluck to him,, HAVE A GREAT 2008 ANT

oldman went to lucs in late 2005,, and bought 2 birds,, he paid 60 euros each,, the year after they went throught he roof.. they are now about £150 each .. we won't pay that money ,,but were very lucky to get them.. they wern't bred from in 2006 as they were late 2005 and last year we had no room in the stock so they went for widowhood cocks to some racing hens,, this year they will be breeding for the first time,, big hopes for them,, this one is mated to vandenabeele hen the other is mated to a janseen hen.. we bought them as a pair but they turned out to be 2 cock birds,, but we not complaining,, goodluck all ant
