We give ours conditioning seed mixed in with their other seed, don't think it speeds up the moult proccess but it helps them through it, i otherwise do nothing else to interfere with nature. ;D

They are nice birds, gentle giants really, and each with their own cheeky lovable personalities. Will post photo's when we are 100% finished with the loft, then we will have a bit more time to take pics of them.

Yes they fly out every day, they are interesting to watch. ;D

An exhibition fantail has a huge fantail and it's head is well back behind it's body, from the front it looks headless, A garden fantail still has a lovely big tail but you can see it's head from the front. An Indian fantail has a nice tail and can have a little quif on it's head and feathered feet.
