I would imagine that they wouldn't be allowed to pick up from the suffolk area, or anywhere from within the zones.

Very nice, wish we could get away with something like that in scotland,It would certainly cost a lot less and it would be quicker to build. ;D

BIRD FLU DAFTY..........

We never heat our lofts and we have fancy pigeons and some racers, we do not race our birds though.

Aye we,ve got a lot o ours shut in just now, they still get out in the avairy, we just have a few in the dovecotes which are still out and about. Hope hawk stays away.

I really don't think you have a strong case for this one, as there should have really been someone there to make sure these birds were up to your expectations, and even the fact that you were out of the country is no fault of theirs so, sorry but I don't think you'll stand a chance with this one.
