Never seen them before, what do they look like? are they like feather lice or different in shape?

Can you not send them to him by his email as it is rather upsetting to see a lot of birds that were attacked by hawks. :'(

Fantails would be nice at a wedding but the only thing there is they will not come home like your homers, you would have to catch them again and take them home. Which I think is too much hassle at a wedding.

Yes very nice looking lofts, and birds, Its quite amazing just what you can fit into a small back garden.
