Update on the two strays. Barry has collected both birds and will deliver Paul's on Friday. He has also organised for the P doo to be liberated around Edinburgh on Friday. Thank you very much for all your help Barry. Jim
 -
Thanks Dave, the NE doo will not be going on the transporter as it belongs to Paul Thomson but when it leaves here I will ask them to also take the P doo so that you can liberate it. Yes I'm on the mend now thanks. All the best, Jim

Hi Paul, Barry said he is coming to collect it tomorrow after work and take it to Elgin as I thought it belonged to someone in Fraserburgh. Can you contact Barry tomorrow to organise things please. I'd run it through to you tomorrow morning but I'm not long out of hospital so am not aloud to drive for another week and a half. Very best regards, Jim

The NE doo is being collected tomorrow to be put on the N of Scotland transporter. I can ask if they could do the same with the P doo and ask them if they can liberate near Edinburgh. I hope that helps. Jim

I couldn't read Elgin's velocities from the thumbnail but it's looking like Mouse has done very well. -

There was very few returns for Easter Ross yesterday. The fastest bird took three hours or more to cover about seventy miles. Don't know about the East side but the weather in Inverness was bright, clear, dry and a very light Westerly wind. Jim

Carlton - 741.86ypm Stewart - 674.65ypm Ronnie - I don't know his arrival time, if you do, his distance is 203miles 1002yds. Hope that helps. Well done all that timed. My first trainer was more than an hour after Stewart and still three AWOL. Jim -
Sorry to hear that Barry. As you know I tend to keep mine in till they're a few months old, some times two or three disappear for two or three days then appear again. It's a good learning curve for the returners. I only have nine this year and they were about four months old when I finally let them out, one was AWOL for the best part of a week but returned again. Hope you get them back, I've seen none amongst mine.
