Just asking a question here if any body can shed some light it would be much appreciated. . When we bought the house in 1989, there was a spare bit garden what was left alone, then the guy over the back took the garden on to tidy it up. Now we are looking at maybe moving on from here, what's the chances of this belonging to us, I have been told by the old timers in the street that have been here from day one, who that the garden belongs to us Will it cost me money to find out if it is ours or not.
