I have a plastic Eagle Owl on the side of my hut, it has a large stick jammed up his jackson, when there is any wind, the owl moves slightly, not much, but it moves, i also have the radio on in the hut, when the birds are either out or in. I have never used anything else to keep the b......s away from the hut, they have been spotted going across me but not into the birds when they are out or in the bath. Am not saying that what i have done is the solution to the problem, but i can tell you its helped me through out the years keeping the birds. :)

This trailer is for sale for someone who is wanting to train other peoples birds. It can be used with anytype of car, it holds around 400-500 pigeons. PM if interested for any more details.

Be very carefull my friend, you could be a couple of quid out of pocket if he is still around. If you are not sure and you feel suspicious, dont doo the deal walk away from it. Get further information before departing with your cash. Thats what i would doo, dig deeper if you feel like it, or get the birds sent before payment, just to make sure.

I cant understand why they are going down that route if they lost all these pigeons last year, more thought i think on the route to fly. More :'( :'( to follow i think. Does it make any difference where the birds fly from, percy is always there aboots. ??) ??)

Hi Jimmy, Thanks for your comments mate, its just that we had to inform the judges, and also let the members no that its been cancelled, and also inform the club tonight about whats happened, lets hope they get things cleared up and we can continue with our shows eh, it breaks up the winter times having a couple of shows.

TAMMY, I didnt read the thread you posted mate and thought you were spinning a charn, i am the one that gets the licence for our club shows all the time we hold them, i was asked by the president of the club to contacted ADH for the licence, but after reading your thread i immediately contacted the president to tell him about it as he was unaware they were getting cancelled. I phoned this morning as i said, and was told that the licence had been removed from the website until further notice, dont no when they are going to lift the ban on bird shows etc, the gentleman said that its the whole country not just certain areas. So our club president will inform the local secretarys and let them no. SO ALL LEVENMOUTH MEMBERS WHO WERE GOING TO ATTEND THE SHOW AT METHILHAVEN BOWLING CLUB ON SATUARDAY 17 TH AT 12.00, THE SHOWS CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE LADS. :(

Dovescot our show is held in Methilhaven bowling club mate, hopefully this satuarday at starting at 12 oclock, i will keep you posted. I phoned the club president when i read the posts, i will keep in touch with him when i get any info from Perth in the morning, incase he has to cancel the show, he will have to inform the judges and the Levenmouth members who are looking forward to the show.

Agree with you on your post Jimmy, i will be contacting ADH at Perth tommorrow to see if we can go ahead with our shows, onwhich we have one on Satuarday, we done as they said the last time, and had no problems with the shows. We had the vet on standby as per DEFRA rules, as onwhich i contacetd the vet and eplained all to him above the show etc. They were happy with what we had in place, names of people attending and much more, we actually done more than they wanted us too doo ? I actually suggested several things to them that we were going to be putting into place, they were gobsmacked with what we had in place. But as several posts say, no shows etc, we will just have to wait and see what they say over the phone. :-/ :-/

Get yourself a cat. ;D ;D Mines loves bringing them into the house, just the back of the door, he lets you no when hes got one though. Have had no problems with the little buggers since he came along, although i still think they are running about at night time.

Very sad to hear that, visited Dale a couple of years ago to pick a pair of birds up that i bought from the auction on pigeon basics, had a good chat with him, and he took me through all his lofts, looking at the stock birds etc, Wish Dale and Karen all the best.

They look very nice birds, hope they breed the goods for you, got too say they look the part, well done jason. What about the egg, did it arrive with the birds then ;D ;D

What did you doo with them fifer, did you train them and race them, or did you just train them, how much did you breed from the pair and how many have you got left.

Sorry guys hit the wrong button,(TO ALL FORUM MEMBERS) spoken to DOVEscot a couple of times and he seems a really nice person willing to help anyone if he can, cant believe this little shits parents have went as far as this to contact the police about what he was ment to have said to them, if so the police should have been contacted a long time ago from the parents to shop there own son on what he is doing to other people ripping them of left right and centre. DOVEscot is out of pocket here, so come on members if you have had any dealings with him in the past give DOVEscot the information to pass onto the bobbies to have him banged up, so he dosent continue doing so, ripping people off. The more help the better guys. :)

Dovescot, You should be looking for the £70 diesel money that took you down there mate as well as the rest, all the time driving down there etc, so coxy where ever you are mate, if you are reading the posts etc, do the right thing and get dovescot squared up mate, you are what i would call a GOBSHITE. Theres one thing for sure, who ever gets the birds from mac1 will not be disappointed with them i can assure you on that, got some from him this season and they have turned out to be belters, looking forward to seeing what they can doo next year. Due to work commitments couldnt get them flown this year but they got the training with the other birds. So send for these birds before you are too late guys. :)

Came in yesterday with another SU young bird, the birds number is WHU 2006 K 02851 Blue Cock.

Sent 18 and got full returns from otterburn. Really pleased as the wife is looking after them for me, with the help of my friend who trains them and makeing sure things are fine with the birds, so very please with them just now, i think i will let her doo it from now on.
