Klaus if your flying w/hood its not imperative that you get your pigeons trained. I've been in the same position as you (don’t drive) for donkeys years. Have made mistakes by wanting to train and sent them on training wagons only for the weather to change and have taken a wallop. One or two tosses is all you need, I've even put them straight into the first race 72miles without having a training toss. Don’t take unnecessary chances with the season nearly upon us.
