mission accomplished, no hawk attacks today :-/ first time birds have been out since last Sunday, when the hen sparrowhawk decided to rip the head off one of my youngsters, however, I was in the loft and heard all the birds take off, when I looked out, there was the hen sparrow hawk being chased by a couple of carrion crows :-/

Get it in, but do not feed it, wait till next feed is due, it will soon get the message :-/

Put them at the each end on the front of your loft m8 however I would have something on the inside to enable me to close them off if required JMO

I have a Janssen pair that regularly breed slateys

Leave the eggs alone, let nature take its course, I think you may be interfering too much with your birds when sitting :-/ be patient young man hope all goes well for you

don,t feed them next time before letting them out, keep them hungry, they,ll soon come in if this is their first time out, and they are able to fly to the house roof, I think you may have left it a bit late to let them out for the first time. Get them out early, so that they have a good look around before taking flight JMO
