  1. Much can be, and often too much is read intoi the droppings, both colour wise and firmness. There are umpteen NATURAL causes for most of it, Weather, feed, balanced diet if only pickind out... Any way like my mate says, Are our stools consistant! Do they vary... of course and when we are ok and regular they change regular.
  2. Only thing that Tammy sent me was black too ... the Black pox lol. Good of yer mucker
  3. Eight people, including two women, were rounded up in Tainan and Pingtung yesterday on charges of abducting hundreds of homing pigeons. Agents of the Criminal Investigation Bureau identified Lu Kuo-sheng, 43, of Kaohsiung, as the head of the "pigeon-napping" ring, that had extorted at least NT$5 million from over 500 owners over the past five months. They identified the two women suspects as Shih Wei-ya, 28, and Weng Hsiu-ching, 32, both of Tainan. The other suspects, arrested in Pingtung, were Piao Chin-cheng, 43; Pan Chien-cheng, 38; Chen Chien-liang, 49; Lin Hsun-ti, 50; and Chen Seng-yu, 33. Lu had his ring members set up net traps in hills in the two southern Taiwan counties to catch racing pigeons, whose leg rings helped them to track down the owners. Ransoms, ranging from NT$5,000 to NT$50,000, were demanded. When owners refused to pay, the pigeon-nappers would kill the birds and eat them up, CIB agents said. CIB agents recovered 60 homing pigeons in the roundup of the extortion suspects.

Frank as mostly I agree with you. Now Pigeons is not a Sports (Cage Birds) and as such there is and can't be discrimnation. However, if a disabled person now wants to join a club, I am afraid he will be discriminated against, because he won't get in. Our club said last Friday said, 'If it means starting a 'Manual Clock Club' only then so beit! Then the Pro ET sa 'You will soon change your mind when your behind in the Fed' - true colours showing I guess. Answer there is I don't thing our Fed is going to have ET's! May well be a few break away clubs - that would be another sad consequent!

Yep Fifar... would you laike to see 20 land a few seconds after your's and not be in the top 20! Surely if you send to compete, you should be allowed your spoils when you actually win tem... otherwis why spend a lot of time effort, money and preparing if someone with a faster clock owned by one that can afford it beats you every time on a close race, even if 300 yards way when yours lands!
  6. And Pigeons, like nigh all flocks that gather and live in great numbers usaully mate, for life!
  7. Only one sex clears of and mates, the other sex will come and do the honours no fret on that. All creatures will use the same water hole! And never seen a problem in my loft in regards feeding and watering. Most will even drink outside anyway whenever there is a drop around, Gutter, Top of the lids of cans, water butts. Indeed I leave my TAP water over night to clear the Chorine. Now one sees the difference in the 'Stans left when using tap water. Like when treating the amount of people that use tap water! Live Bacteria, and tap water eh! But they ar dwell and live in harmony, just a 'Pecking order'. One only has to see down town, likewise ub=nder a bridge, they clamber as close as they can, and are in, all things considered, great shape.
  8. Never bother the pigeons, leave enuf room for the Cat to crawl under... he'll raise his tail... or with a wet nose snif it. Pigeons if landed on it wouldn't be earthed, and will bob under it. Pence a week to run. Never mind the Water, and cats cetianly hate water, but I KNOW the elctric fence will be working every time, whereas I would feel safe trusting a water JMO

    Great Mucker... keep them coming.
  10. Aye, and isn't that just nature taking care of her own and blocking - reducing incestual relationships! Of course. And where to 'Flyaways' go? where there are MORE pigeons and mostly if to churches / townies they are even more crowded. And THEY DON'T find space to nest! No they get as close to each other as they can. Sorry over crowding is nothing more that a crutch for a lame excuse and bad managerment!
  11. Yp, but hard to clock it... Can't get the ET pads every where on the branches / twigs lol
  12. An electric fence, simple and there are now specially made ones for cats. I have and will stick to the one the farmers use. his can also be used on a battery charger. Once they have had a twinge, they put the nose on it or such as they can smell the electric apparently, they don't press against it again.
  13. You can't put in what is not there. Further it is the OUTCROSS that normally the buisness.
  14. Not so Bruno, lions take over and cull... fish change I.e males stay and females move on... Guppys are born, like their young , pregnant. Why the indeed show where nature hasn't put these salf guards into place... Humans bend it, but Nature plays the part to make it very improbably and then due to interferance. Bats Rape, That's why they have Harems and them an Outsider takes over to service the young.
  15. Just a wee one, like 12 foot high and 16 foot long lol

Rubbish ... http://members.shaw.ca/MichalD/2006U2YO.htm And that is up and down the country. If a ET flyer has his team within 15seconds of a manual clocker - behind - then the manual clocker won't be i the top 60 etc. Where is that progress! Make all the silly and selfish scenarios you wish. The facts are it s t steal a march... and at 1200 ypm EVEN 15 seconds is a lot! Further since when is 'Cage Birds' been a sport... worse still no English goverment or any part of like MAFF / DAFRA has rocognised pigeons as even a HOBBY let alone a sport.
  17. Have use ivomectin and it's different varities, and it is good... would use the pour on if a few want to club together.
  18. Gangster, and Chinese restruant has it... the goverment frown on it, as kids might use it and lick it... They use it for Cock roaches etc. and whatnot. I also use it against Ants, Ear wigs etc.

Sorry that is a silly ole saga that has never held water, nor ever will of course.... Just pleases twits in not having to actaully answer. And of course those left and those about to leave NEVER really say the truth as to why, just flimsy excuses that the afluent vcan't accept! How can gaining an unfair advantage on most bring new members? Or make one hapy with their lot! How would FORCING those that can't afford their own lot let about any ones elses to PAY for Master timers of an ET which they won't, or can't ever be able to use, or benefit be progress, next your being say that Thadmidalite was GOOd be cause the odd one was able to conceive and have a baby, and the thousand of deformaties were just a price of progress. How can 25% leaving if enforced be good and beneficial! Indeed that alone means higher costs and less merit, and fewer the feather merchant to sll to, let alone take advantage of. Sure if they leave the affluent won't care about the extra costs, they can well afford it! Your a joke stating that above! Yes a poor sick one but a joke never the less.
  20. Lol, Tamy you'll be saying Scotland qualified for the world Cup more than once yet lol! I will HAVE photo and show you, hopefully to - day .... the other section same size practically has 16 boxes. I have air that actually has to circulate, a wire mesh roof, and air vents as a wall. They are ALWAYS a picture of healthy. - Not counting the set back 218 months back when I was hit big time via 3/4 different combinations. The result was their constitution being flayed and nothing to do with Health and condition as such. I posted here not long back how a loft should be.
  21. Chinese Chalk works wonders, just draw a line under the perch... or around the nest bowl.
  22. John Munns is doing real fine in France for the second time - he movd again - and he certainly held his own when here too.

Costs it seems, and of course ET's are real cheap to buy, and most want to have a level pitch .... ET's of course are discrimate against those that can't afford one... so when a few are stolen, or smashed on the allottments, thay bare being discriminated ... Rubbish mucker, of course many will leave and Ones like you will spout crap that it was really for something else... LMAO. Still seems that the clubs I am in aren't going to have them, or allow them, and will even form Manual Clocking Clubs only, in case we are accused of discriminating against other CAGE BIRD keeper lol.
  24. Didn't realise I had flyaway Velo, thanks, yes the very few I loose are normally one or two every so often off the Top. Got hit by a Barnsley Fed this year when the y/b's were just over Roof Topping, and these were birds I had bought in. Yet 6 still returned over the next few weeks. I have in a 16 box box carpartment just 9 pairs this season. It is only 4 foot by 4 five foot and nearly 7 foot high. Plenty of space, oozles of fresh circulating air. So how many pairs roosting in a Tree would be over crowding?
