well some guys work shifts and not everybody sends to every race if they miss there turn they will stay the next time they send ok because we are quite a small club but if i was in your position i would have it written down so they know what week there on if they cant stay or dont send they must swap with someone else and up to them to get cover if they dont make them pay for someone to take there turn

we done a rota in our club this year one week on one week of loading/waiting for the transporter and we empty the baskets of old shavings on the friday spray them then on saturday when clocks are checked the baskets are filled with shavings and sealed for the following week everybody mucks in

heard moxidectin has no problems while birds are moulting having not tried it i dont know myself
