I think some of them hit rain in England probably not long after they crossed the channel. Usually if birds go up into Holland you don’t get them for a couple of weeks and not in a west wind. There may be some have gone out to sea but not the amount that are turning up.

1 on Wednesday and 1 on Thursday. Also had a Maidstone bird reported picked up on the beach at Seahouses covered in oil

Congratulations and well done Gordon. Gordon’s grizzle hen “Gee Force†was 3rd Section 6th Open Roye last season and in 2018 would have been 3rd Section 4th Open Roye but Gordon was not a national member at that time. This must rank as one of the best pigeons in Scotland at present. Well done also to Billy McEwan who is 2nd Section 5th Open with the same pigeon which was 3rd Section 24th Open Billericay 2 weeks ago.
