not out of order at all its a open forum and we all have our opinions but at marking when u see birds with greasy wattles bad droppings u maybe have been in a competitors loft the week before and u can see water not changed general upkeep of pigeons is not great and then these pigeons are drinking from the same water as yours and the new transporters are a joke as they work on a overflow system so it only takes a few pigeons on a transporter to infect a whole transporter as the water doesn't go into the drinkers individually so it spreads all over the transporter these are just a few reasons why a routine on medication should be taken though the racing season and left alone all winter this is just my opinion of course

one problem when race day comes all that goes out the window when your birds go into a hamper with birds that have a sickness

ill try put it better on the recent threads great birds in scotland and the other thread birds into ireland wales england there were great birds mentioned on these threads do u think if these birds were fed only once a day they wouldent have got these results i bet some of them were and if they were fed with different grains they would have still got the same results good pigeons are good pigeons fullstop

I'm wanting to buy a book from the pigeon basics shop i only have a laser card i dont think this works can i do this by internet banking i don't have a credit card and don't get too complicated lads as i haven't a clue about all this but i need help badly please

well i was talking about it with no deep litter but on that subject i use the stuff for horses find it very good and found best results when kept betwwen 4 to 6 inches i just give it a sweep with a brush on top 3 to 4 times a week and find thers no dust in loft

i tried it and found there was no soakage in it found dropings didint dry in just laid on the top

would disagree as threre is no soakage in it dropings dont dry on it

good birds are good birds i think it dont make too much of a difference really

there was a brillant thread here ill try find it had some real good links on it ill try find it only other thing i can say is wear gloves and mask and have all your skin coverd when in the loft

it was a simple question thought it might have sparked a few ideas as what bothering pll and questions they need answered but its seems most pll here know it all anyway no wonder some pll don't stay on the site to long as there is only a few posts here that were serious seems were just a bunch of know it alls it seems to me if your not in the click here your not taken seriously

i use the under lay they use for horses its brill no dust in the loft u must use 4 to 6 inches in the loft as the dust goes right to the bottom would recemend it to anyone

i see that ireland are a bit short here lads come on must be 1 or 2
