Great post mate my birds have really jst started to get going in the last week or so half of them can do 45 mins the other half 25 i did flag them all but it just scared them! if after a few weeks they are still flying round the chimneys what would you do

yip JAM terrible habit think i spooked them a bit flagging them so im no doing it anymore Billt you make a very good point

thats what ive been doing just now as soon as they stop get them down i flagged them for the first time today to keep them up for an hour and the wee buggers landed on a house roof a few doors doon once i had stopped lol wont be flagging again

How many times per day does your youngbirds get out do you think its better having them in the sky for 2 hrs rather than 2x 1hr

should go and make sure they are okay in the nest

Well this is it JAM im no keeping them another year without them being anywhere

cheers im of on wed and thurs so they will get 2 25 mile tosses and see what happens they are flying the best round the house i put it down to been on the natural system

I have 10 latebreds broke to my new lofts which were not raced as youngster they have had a few 10 mile tosses see if i give them a 25 miler this week would it be possible to send them to a 80 odd mile comeback race this friday they will just be going as trainers
