King billy 2 Posted February 13, 2018 Report Posted February 13, 2018 Sad but you will have to pay for it Jim still in your name I think the way forward is the organisation who asks you for the pigeon for the sale should deal with the transfer to stop this happening in the future it's a pain in the ars to everyone who has the good will to donate to there charity and the new owner can't be arsed to sort the transfer out
