you did post earlier that you would not take a bird from a combine winner if it did not have a life ring. And as for missing rings its not bad management some people work away etc and have to leave inexsperianced people to feed and water birds , we do not all have the luxuary to be with birds 24/7 im afraid. :-/

did anyone mention dole, i said some people are not there 24/7 You work from home so you can afford the luxuary of being around if needed lots of people dont have that  so missing a ring is not bad managment, would be in your case then if you are there all the time.

if he or she missing putting the rings on them it gos to show they dont spend a lot of time in there lofts. that poor management on there side.
