chris1984 Posted January 4, 2017 Report Posted January 4, 2017 This is the first egg ive had off this hen so im just wondering is it normal for a hens verry first egg to have blood on the shell.its not alot of blood droppings are perfect and she looks in great nick. i do recall something somewhere about blood on the shell being related to being over weight but i cant be sure i migjt have just thought i read it somewhere she dosnt look overweight
