robbiedoo. Posted December 17, 2016 Report Posted December 17, 2016 Been told there is no fancy birds at the show this year, wonder why. have heard that the NPA have fell out with the RPRA whether that's true or not I don't know but that's what I have heard.
old owl Posted December 17, 2016 Report Posted December 17, 2016 true no fancy doos at blackpool, yes npa fell out with rpra over andy lowe who has run the show for the past 10 years.talking to andy he is putting on a display of fancy doos this year. hope someone knocks some heads together and gets it sorted for next year i know a lot of folk who loved seeing the fancy birds.
scottym7 Posted December 18, 2016 Report Posted December 18, 2016 I heard that A Lowe fell out with NPA hence no NPA championship show at Blackpool and both the Nottingham shows therefore would rule out the fall out between NPA & RPRA. Also heard that RPRA were not happy about the amount of birds exhibited last year (lack of) due to not being an (NPA) champion show however we will all here about different stories. I did not exhibit any due not being championship show and the money prizes do not interest me unlike some. I looked into the fancy show and i was not impressed for the first time and some of the sale pens were jam packed with birds Scotty M
old owl Posted December 19, 2016 Report Posted December 19, 2016 True Scott disappointed at the number at the show not being championship show had an effect on numbers have heard both sides and truth is in there somewhere.sale pens were over crowded and needed to be policed better
