Bright Red Breast Skin ?

I have 2 birds that have bright red breast skin and droppings are just pure water , they are not losing any weight and until I noticed this they were flying well enough at exercise , they have been treated for coxy so not that other than the wet dropping s you would not pick them out ,

Any one any experience of this pm me if you want .
