hi what is the best time of day to let the pigeon out os that you dont get the hawk attacks

I have asked this question and to be honest i think no time is good with regards to hawks ,i was thinking of letting my youngsters out 3.00pm hoping by that time hawk would have had kill ,but who knows ?? i dont.

at the moment,there is not a best time,let them out, and stay with them, if u can.if your insurance policy,
