Advice required re show classification.

If there was only a class for odd colour cock any age, would you enter a young bird in this or the young cock class? I thought it may be disadvantaged against the older birds, but wondered if it was frowned upon or even would be disqualified for wrong classification.

maybe if it was good enough ,it wouldn't matter.

Due to the fact the show organisers have provided this class, it might be more prudent to place your entry there. It may also take a little pressure off the judge, in that they don't have to make any decision re: wrong class entry.
