Unknown Ring Prefix

Hello Lads,

 

I haven't posted for ages, but now I need some help from the hive mind

 

I have had a young bird in this afternoon and after noting down its ring number I went on to the RPRA site to report it, but it's ring prefix is not listed and despite Google being my friend, it hasn't been on this occasion when I searched.

 

So, The full ring number is KPUK 2015 813.

 

Can anybody throw any light on this one for me please, so I can get in touch with the owner or the ring issuer?

Its not listed in the addresses of any of the British or Overseas organisations that the RPRA have in their ring list,could be a private ring.

Well thanks to Greenlands, I managed to get in touch with the organisation and within an hour the owner was in touch and is coming to collect his bird next Monday.
