Can't guarantee it won't fly off but at SO41 8PT for hours so far. Had water and a bit of bread. Will let if fly off if it wants to unless I hear otherwise. Lovely creature.

NWHU2014E rings are yellow and know fanciers that obtained rings with this prefix direct from the NWHU. A good chance it does belong to someone around here (if NWHU)
