Hi Folks,

Yesterday I plugged my ETS (Benzing M1) clock into the power supply and it came up "This clock needs attention, contact the agent". I have done that and Jim tells me to send the clock to him and he will send it to be checked over back to the company in Austria. Jim is a top man on these clocks but surely when it goes wrong it dosn't have to go abroad for repair everytime. We have 5 races left doubtful if I'll see it again before yb racing.

After sales service with ets systems very poor

Have to say any trouble with Bricon and Mark Palmer is always on the ball with help and advice

Jim Savage I think can only do what anybody else can do but he's always been there for me with advice but it's just a shame he's the only agent I know of and it gets very frustrating because of this in getting things done and moreso when a clock HAS to be sent abroad.

Jim is an absolute gem. OK maybe his hands are tied sometimes but one knows he is - and will be doing his utmost 100% ... Unlike Unikon where after sales etc. are none existent.
