ghostrider Posted April 23, 2015 Report Posted April 23, 2015 I borrowed,some old Soontjens 9 years + off my good friend Fred,Going back to the originals,as far back to the tree as I could.As Luck would have it,Although they missed the odd egg here and there.I did get a few good birds out of them. Parker i have had hens 10 and up to 13 years old , lay and produce good birds for me . in fact i have 2 x 10 year old hens here now , and all eggs hatched so far this year
