Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 THERE ARE A COUPLE ITEMS THAT ARE VERY INTERESTING IN THE BHW TODAY AND THE FIRST ONE IS FROM LANAKSHIRE FEDERATION AND SHU PRESIDENT AND NOW CONFEDERATION PRESIDENT MR J BARLOW WHO HAS BROUGHT UP THE SUBJECT OF SUSPENDED SHU MEMBERS RACING IN THE RPRA VIA CUMBRIA REGION AND LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE ALL GOING TO WORK TOGETHER AND STOP THIS, I AGREE AND I THINK IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE SUSPENDED FROM ANY UNION YOU SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RACE IN ANY UNION AT ALL,, ANOTHER GOOD POINT THEY BROUGHT UP WAS THE ISSUING OF CONVOYERS LICENSESTHAT ARE NOW ONLY GOING TO BE ISSUED TO PEOPLE WITH A GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF PIGEONS AND NOT BEFORE TIME WITH THIS ONE ALLTHOUGH THERE ARE PLENTY GOOD AND KNOWLEDGEABLE CONVOYORS. THESE AND OTHER ITEMS WERE DISCUSSED AT THE MEETING OF THE CONFEDERATION OF LONG DISTANCE RACING PIGEON UNIONS OF GREAT BRITAIN ALL THE ITEMS ARE ON PAGE 59 OF THIS WEEKS HOMING WORLD BUT I KNOW NOT EVERYBODY GETS OR READS THIS, THESE TWO POINTS I BROUGHT UP MAINLY CONCERN SCOTTISH AND LANARKSHIRE FLIERS IN PARTICULAR
Sean Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 THERE ARE A COUPLE ITEMS THAT ARE VERY INTERESTING IN THE BHW TODAY AND THE FIRST ONE IS FROM LANAKSHIRE FEDERATION AND SHU PRESIDENT AND NOW CONFEDERATION PRESIDENT MR J BARLOW WHO HAS BROUGHT UP THE SUBJECT OF SUSPENDED SHU MEMBERS RACING IN THE RPRA VIA CUMBRIA REGION AND LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE ALL GOING TO WORK TOGETHER AND STOP THIS, I AGREE AND I THINK IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE SUSPENDED FROM ANY UNION YOU SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RACE IN ANY UNION AT ALL,, think their fined it hard to stop this. infact in my own opinion a bloke thats suspended from shu should be able to fly under rpra if he's done nothink wrong under rpra rule then why not ? totally diffrent union. would like other's to post their opinions on this one please .
peterpau Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 If you're suspended from one union, then under no circumstances should you be allowd to fly in another. Just my personal oppinion
fifestay Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 Sean the RPRA rules (in my opinion) are actually tighter and there is more of them than SHU ...what do you think about folk who are debt suspended ?
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 Sean the RPRA rules (in my opinion) are actually tighter and there is more of them than SHU ...what do you think about folk who are debt suspended ? THAT WAS ONE OF THE THINGS J BARLOW WAS BRINGING UP AT THE CONFEDERATION MEETING AND THE WAY IT WAS LOOKING I THINK THEY WILL ALL WORK TOGETHER ON THIS AFTER ALL THEY ARE ALL IN THE SAME CONFEDERATION AND I STILL THINK IF YOU ARE SUSPENDED FROM ONE YOU SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO FLY IN ANY AND IF YOU READ THE FULL ARTICLES ON PAGE 59 TODAY YOU WILL SEE THAT A FULL LIST OF SUSPENDED SHU MEMBERS IS BEING PASSED ON TO THE NEHU AND RPRA SO LOOKS LIKE THEY MIGHT ALL HAVE THE SAME RULE ON THIS IN THE FUTURE
Sean Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 so what will happen when this dose go throu all them thats suspended from shu are member of arpra will rpra supend them? cant see how their can . on what ground ? hope you understand where im comming from,
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 SEAN REGARDING WHAT YOU SAID HERE think their fined it hard to stop this. infact in my own opinion a bloke thats suspended from shu should be able to fly under rpra if he's done nothink wrong under rpra rule then why not ? totally diffrent union. would like other's to post their opinions on this one please . ALL UNIONS ARE IN THE SAME CONFEDERATION AND IF THEY CHOOSE TO DO THIS IT WILL BE VERY EASILY DONE, AND I AM SURE THATS WHAT WILL HAPPEN, OUT OF ONE THEN OUT THEM ALL AND I AM 100% FOR THAT
fifestay Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 Yip no problem ...if it is a conederation and they have reached agreements .....sort of like football ..if you were red carded here and moved to England you would have to serve you ban ......what they were saying is that if you are debt suspended or whatever you cant go to another Union
Dougie Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 On the grounds that they are suspended from a Union that is a member of the Confederation
PIGEON_MAN Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 I WOULD SAY THAT THIS IS PROBABLEY SOMETHING THAT WOULD NOT HAPPEN DOWN HERE IN THE MIDLANDS AND SOUTHERN ENGLAND BECAUSE IF YOU WERE SUSPENDED FROM THE R.P.R.A. THERE WOULD NOT BE ANOTHER UNION CLOSE BYE THAT YOU COULD FLY IN ANYWAY,BUT I DO AGREE IF YOU ARE SUSPENDED FROM ONE UNION THEN YOU SHOULD BE SUSPENDED FROM THEM ALL.
Sean Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 On the grounds that they are suspended from a Union that is a member of the Confederation ok so if this go's throu all members will get suspended then if their suspended already from another union ? cant see how their can just do this. dosnt sound right. can understand it when it dose go throu. but their cant kick them out after and when it go's throu its like saying speed camra isnt install but we know joe public was doing 60 in a 30 we send him a fine. (cant do it) understand where im comming from ?
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 IF ALL THE UNIONS WHICH ARE IN THE CONFEDERATION AS LISTED IN THE BHW DECIDE TO ADOPT THIS POLICY THEN IF YOU ARE SUSPENDED FROM ONE YOU WILL MOST CERTAINLY BE SUSPENDED FROM THEM ALL ,BUT THIS STILL HAS TO BE ACCEPTED AS A RULE
Chris Little Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 Agree with your posts Sean The whole episode is a shambles, obviously plenty of people getting all hot and sweaty in the world of politics, too many lookers in. Let the guys race their pigeons.
collect500 Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 in the present climate of failing numbers i think to advocate a blanket ban is a bit of cutting your nose off to spite your own face while having some sympathy with the ban em from everything brigade surely you have to take into account why a person is banned from any organisation, if banned cos of debt then i wud join the ban em brigade all other issues i believe should be dealt with on their merit. I have always believed that their are two sides to any story and those that run things are not always in the right Just my thoughts not intending to offend anyone keith
Sean Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 you 1000% correct chris like i said their can stop people flying after the rule comes in but their cant stop them that are already flying when the rule come in. and infact their shouldnt stop any body flying at all regardless of what the sport going dead we need all we can to keep it going.
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 and infact their shouldnt stop any body flying at all regardless of what I THINK YOU ARE TOTALLY WRONG IN THIS PART OF YOUR QUOTE SEAN,, JUST MY OPINION

Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 In the sport of horseracing Kieran Fallon is banned in the uk but can ride in Ireland, France & Australia... AND WHO WANTS TO RISK BETTING ON A PROVEN CHEAT
Sean Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 and infact their shouldnt stop any body flying at all regardless of what I THINK YOU ARE TOTALLY WRONG IN THIS PART OF YOUR QUOTE SEAN,, JUST MY OPINION tell me why ? im not going to get into argument.
Sean Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 AND WHO WANTS TO RISK BETTING ON A PROVEN CHEAT ill still bet is horse's why not ?
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 tell me why ? i know why but im not going to get into argument. IF YOU KNOW WHAT ARE YOU ASKING FOR
me Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 plus the fact of the matter is a number of the guys "banned" by the shu were actually banned after they had left to join the RPRA HARDLY FAIR IS IT .If the RPRA simply rubber stamp an SHU list they should hang ther heads in shame. Also the length of certain individuals bans bare no resemblance to the actual so called offence. People have literally served a shorter time in jail for murder. CRAZY OR WHAT!!
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted October 27, 2006 Report Posted October 27, 2006 plus the fact of the matter is a number of the guys "banned" by the shu were actually banned after they had left to join the RPRA HARDLY FAIR IS IT .If the RPRA simply rubber stamp an SHU list they should hang ther heads in shame. THIS PART WILL BE DECIDED BY THE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN CHARGE OF THEIR RESPECTIVE UNIONS WHEN THEY MEET UP AGAIN AT ANOTHER CONFEDERATION MEETING. Also the length of certain individuals bans bare no resemblance to the actual so called offence. People have literally served a shorter time in jail for murder.PERSONALLY I DO AGREE WITH THIS PART OF YOUR QUOTE
