Chris Little Posted November 27, 2006 Report Posted November 27, 2006 ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Great thread this ;D Seems a bit too much for some to accept regarding dual union membership, don't worry about it my friends, life's too short Have always maintained the RPRA is the superior union until I am proven otherwise but at the same time you will find in my previous mails I have never said anything of ill nature regarding the SHU. Proud to memebers of 2 unions and 2 national clubs which equates to double the fun ;D ;D ;D 8) 8) 8) 8)
square_peg Posted November 27, 2006 Report Posted November 27, 2006 SO TELL ME THIS CHRIS DO YOU THINK WHAT HAPPENED IN THE EAST OF SCOTLAND FED WAS RIGHT OR WRONG ?
THE FIFER Posted November 27, 2006 Report Posted November 27, 2006 what would u do in ur fed Chris if members and clubs attended ur AGM had their say and votes, ordered and got rings for the following year did not resign did not pay for their rings (handed them back) or fees, RPRA rule 162 says what they could do, the SHU done this and u are all saying its ok for those who done this to fly birds, secondly this is a dispute regarding those fanciers being members of a RPRA organisation, which should be sorted out by the governing body (RPRA) but what are they doing, putting it back to the organisation in question, that's like someone going to court and being told to judge their own case,
johno Posted November 28, 2006 Report Posted November 28, 2006 the rpra has no authority to involve itself in matters concerning the shu and vice versa. as i have previously posted why not put all the issues in front of an independant mediator and take their opinion. i mean all the issues not just the fife situation.
dandydoo Posted November 28, 2006 Report Posted November 28, 2006 SO TELL ME THIS CHRIS DO YOU THINK WHAT HAPPENED IN THE EAST OF SCOTLAND FED WAS RIGHT OR WRONG ? Fife ?????? why bother to pay, why have rules, lets everybody just do as they see fit ...yeah ok

THE FIFER Posted November 28, 2006 Report Posted November 28, 2006 THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH DUAL MEMBERSHIP IN 2 UNIONS, THIS HAS WENT ON FOR A LONG TIME, BUT CAN U BE LOYAL TO BOTH, ??????? THIS IS WHEN THE PROBLEM COMES IN WHEN THERE IS A DISPUTE BETWEEN BOTH, TO BE LOYAL TO BOTH U WOULD HAVE TO SIT BACK AND SAY NOTHING, BUT IF U TAKE THE SIDE OF ONE, THEN U ARE NOT LOYAL TO THE OTHER, ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT,
