fraud can occur in many ways bruno could you clarify how you came to the conclusion this was fraud, in what  shape or form or do you maybe know something that we dont............????????

Thought I pointed it out quite clearly when asked in the relevant thread.  

 

Might have used different words, Johno clearly accusing SHU of making a fraudulent application for funds, now perhaps afraid he'll need to put his money where his mouth is..
