Is it possible to do the lightning system for old birds?

If so how do you go about applying it what time would you need to start?

Not really any point of darkening and lighting old birds in Scotland as the racing finishes mid July, whereas on the continent the Natour/old bird racing continues through to September. Darkening and Lighting youngsters here is a must to be competitive through September.
