Guest redwhiteblue Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 No, as previously advised at the beginning of this thread, the VPs had previously intimated that they were not standing for re-election. And it has to be said that these guys are a loss to the Fed. I know for a fact one of them spent his weekend driving to and from Ireland to collect and deliver 40 new baskets to my clubhouse - for not a penny payment for his time. We have a new President and VPs. We voted back our existing Secy AND give him a raise. If that makes a good president i think you're sadly mistaken, when the heat turned on him he ran with tail between his legs

Guest IB Posted December 15, 2008 Report Posted December 15, 2008 was there a good turn out, and was your Friend back in time for the meeting ib 1st bit is easy to answer, looked like a disappointing show of faces till 10 minutes before start, but yes, good turn-out in the end. 2nd bit not so easy. Don't know who you are talking about, but IF it is Gibson, then I couldn't call him a friend, my dealings with him were as Fed President and SNFC Transport manager i.e. 'work-related'. And no, the former President wasn't there, he hasn't had any dealings with Fed since early summer, his duties were covered by Senior VP.
Guest bigda Posted December 15, 2008 Report Posted December 15, 2008 just asking, was it the former president that was in Ireland
