THERE IS A MEETING OF THE LANARKSHIRE DELEGATES THIS WEEK COMING, HERES HOPING THEY COME BACK WITH TWO SETS OF RACE POINTS, ONE FOR WEST AND THE OTHER EAST, AND GIVE THEM TO THE 18 CLUBS TO HAVE A LOOK AT the members then can put in a return vote, for what one they like best and the delegates read out the majority vote and that will be the end of it . AS THIS IS ONLY TO DISCUSS YOUNG BIRD RACING IT SHOULD BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR ALL CLUB AGMS TO DECIDE FOR NEXT YEAR 2015
