How far do you think young birds go when they're ranging????

who really knows ?? .my youngbird team had gone 1 day and upon return the only red in the team had gone missing .i had a phone call off a groundskeeper from a golf course around 25 mile North of home. he had picked the red up after a hawk had gone into the batch of 20 ,he also mentioned 2 white pigeons in the same group .the rest were home safe (including the 2 whites) :emoticon-0138-thinking:

I'm not sure about how far they range but mine were going away for about an hour and twenty until two weeks ago when I saw Percy having ago at them I would have swore it never touched any when it dived into them but when I checked them one had a cut across the back of the neck and it only has started going back out with the rest and they now don't go out of site at all but still fly for over an hour
