Manchester... after rain through the night a dry but cold and cloudy start

Mainly cloudy with just the odd patch of blue sky and no wind.

After 10-00am wind picked up,now quite strong north west.

not so nice in the central north sea the day, northerly 40 knt wind at about 3* chilly kind, overcast with showers blowing through, mind its lovely in my office haha
