billt Posted June 18, 2014 Report Posted June 18, 2014 BOP have forward facing eyes because they are hunters and are not hunted so have no need for rear vision, pigeons like most prey animals have eyes on the side as it gives them virtual 360 degree vision, I think this is why they fly into objects like wires etc. When BOP are on the wing they are hunting so 100% focused whereas the pigeon isn't, I wouldn't think that BOP eyesight is any better than a pigeons, they are both certainly many times better than ours
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted June 19, 2014 Report Posted June 19, 2014 THE PIGEON CAN SEE 30 MILE AVE CLEARLY, BUT THE BOP CAN SEE 80 MILE. AND THAT IS WHY THEY HAVE THE EDGE torra torra torra. and what do you base this theory on Pythagoras ? or is it a well known Bigda fact [ie:bullshit]
