DOVEScot Posted June 6, 2013 Report Posted June 6, 2013 We have had something disturb our birds over the last couple of days, not sure what it was but it has scattered a few and the rest from that section are too frightened to come in The sparrow hawk normally has them heading to the loft but and only takes one, we have found two dead and three piles of feathers in neighbours gardens which would make you think it was a peregrine but I have not seen them in the area Cats or foxes i never normally get any trouble from having the staffie and the bulldog so it's a mystery added to the fact we are out all day

DOVEScot Posted June 6, 2013 Author Report Posted June 6, 2013 Yes we do have one in the area, looks like I will have to relocate it, they are open all day, we let the racers out one day and the ones Carol uses for dove release the next day, I will be changing the traps to cat flaps this w/eWe are keeping them all in now till I sort it out

blaz Posted June 6, 2013 Report Posted June 6, 2013 i had a neighbor come over a few days back .she had a bit kitchen roll in her hand inside was the leg and ring of 1 of my yb,s .i have yb,s that have no tail wing feathers missing and a good few yb,s missing.it is the bop,s their is now peregrines hunting at mine.
