Yes, remember as a kid watching these displays. now would have to travel down to the south coast to see same.

Chequers Lane in Dagenham was around a mile long road that had Sycamore trees running the length of it, with a good run up you could slide from one end of the Lane to the other on the Starling $hit :lol:those were the days

a rare sight right enough andy, years ago it was quite common, not so much now

 

 

last time i saw a display like that was about ten years ago

 

 

not a lot of starlings about now,due to you no what
