Guest maricelbill Posted March 28, 2013 Report Posted March 28, 2013 anyone keep these birds? I bought myself a yb from our fed breeder buyer last night. Both parents was bred by Bob Fenech. what distance are they? That would help me out winning well over here in the emerald isle mostly sprint middle but Fenech clocking them from Thurso on the day into London no probs. I think he was 2nd open LNRC 2012. Bernie would have to confirm that. I think they were originally distance birds. Very Good pigeons I do know that.

Bill, I think you are wrong with they were originally distance birds, with Louis only playing The Noyon and Quiverain races Untill the last few years where he has moved to middle distance. Just Ask Me, would be able to give a better answer. Gevaert Van Schoorise blood runs through the veins of the Kilo line one of the line Bob has built his family around.
just ask me Posted March 28, 2013 Report Posted March 28, 2013 kilo bloodline is doing well the Schoorise bloodline comes though joseph thjas (spelling) rumour has it a hen in louis lofts along time ago had some distance blood in it bob fenech would be the man to ask on that one he raced middle last year and with a reasonably small set up has put up some great performances the birds win all over at most distances they do like it tough with the wind in there face basically the harder you give it to them the better they like it

demolition man Posted March 29, 2013 Report Posted March 29, 2013 I think like all strains of pigeons, there are those that are horses for courses ive know cooremans to blow out across the channel racing into a headwind at 300mls when many lofts timed without problems, yet out of thurso 500mls they come to the front in head winds
