Guest homestead Posted March 15, 2013 Report Posted March 15, 2013 my daughter was in the kitchen showing my 2 year old grandaughter a robin, blue tits and various other birds feeding. 3-4 birds on the feeder the others on the ground and down it swooped missing them all but then sat on the childs climbing frame waiting for them coming out of the bushes. She lives about a mile from me and last year i lost 20+ birds so i can assume its the same sparra thats visits me. After receiving a pm off harry h i think its time around here will be numbered after it is caught and relocated we will see. Blue tits, sparrows, starlings and blackbirds are becoming pretty rare around Didsbury and Burnage, crows the odd raven and dozen of magpies taking over all the later being predators the joy of pigeon racing keep
