demolition man Posted February 27, 2013 Report Posted February 27, 2013 Your thoughts or advice please if i were to put my young on the dark race the first two youngbird races then lock them up for two weeks would this trigger the body moult
Tony C Posted February 27, 2013 Report Posted February 27, 2013 I dont know for sure, purely guesswork here but I'd say no. If it were me I'd train them very hard leading up to the 2 week shut down then once on shut down feed up to 70% Barley, also miss a days feed a couple of times within them two weeks.
adam owen Posted February 27, 2013 Report Posted February 27, 2013 Give them just barley. Tasker done it then wom nrcc

Perhaps taking them off the dark a week or two later than the norm.
