St Patrick was a Christian who brought Christianity to Scotland then Ireland. Well before Roman catholic church was born. Just some paddy from Ireland just claimed him as there own so they can have a day off and drink Guinness. Danny your welcome to my lodge to celebrate St Patrick's day on the 17th of March we always have a party. Here to remind the pilgrims Danny talks peesh.

Ranger’s supporters have finally been given the news that they had been waiting to hear. Yes Celtic Manager Neil Lennon has confirmed that he has banned himself from talking about the only show in town: Rangers. In an interview with the Scottish Daily Record, he has stated that he is so fed up answering questions on Ibrox issues that he has put a gagging order on himself.

This is of course is the same Neil Lennon who before the outcome of the First Tier Tax case which cleared Rangers of any financial doping could not stop tweeting like a budgie. From here on in I am not going to answer any more questions on Rangers because they are not on our radar.â€

“If we play them in a Cup competition then I will be quite happy to answer any questions on the football aspect of things.â€

“As regards all this stuff off the field, I have no comment to make on it whatsoever.â€

The Rangers support will be hoping that they have finally heard the last from the Celtic manager. And one can only hope that the rest of the Celtic support takes a leaf out of their manager’s book and concentrate their energies on supporting their own team instead of obsessing over Rangers.

Only time will tell if Neill Lennon is serious about not talking about Rangers. Lennon likes to get the last word in an argument and we shall wait and see if he can hold his tongue. Dignified silences were never his strong point. What is clear in his statement is that he has told the press not ask him about Rangers, and they will fall in line like they always do.

However, if Neil Lennon does have one last word to say on Rangers then that word should be “Sorryâ€. If he is as principled and sporting as he would like us to believe, then he should man up and admit he was wrong. Rangers were not guilty of financial doping and for Neil to infer that this was the case is playing to the lowest common denominator amongst the Celtic support.
