PigeonDetective Posted January 10, 2013 Report Posted January 10, 2013 Sorry if im covering old ground for the forum.. Just wondering which breed people have found to be the best all round distance racing strain?
Wiley Posted January 10, 2013 Report Posted January 10, 2013 The Lefebre Dhaenens were very versatile pigeons for us topping the fed from 70 miles to winning the combine at 600 miles. But if I'm honest it's down to the feeding and preparation. Many sprint strains these days win distance competitions
PigeonDetective Posted January 10, 2013 Author Report Posted January 10, 2013 Suppose whatever distance the bird is conditioned to fly is vital
