I have got to say C & G Cooper, as they are winning international races t the west country in a west wind.

 

It is a hard question to answer, many variables

Europe is a big place and how would you define best fancier? I don't think there is such a thing as the best fancier in Europe.

there is fanciers in europe who have a name, but they forget to say they fly as many as 200 birds per race there are some in england that are the same, they race in feds with 1,500 birds they send 50 birds there club total birdage is 120 and they will still lists results as 15th club 165th fed .
