Sent them an email on Tuesday at 6pm,gave them most of yesterday to reply but to no avail so I resent the same email,still no reply so at 11:30am today I phoned them and spoke to a lady who said they were busy could they call me back,no problem, but there likely is,still waiting like a prune.

VERY VERY POOR.

Will get the stuff somewhere else.

Great service Merasystems just takes a while for delivery,that's why I tried a UK supplier.Still no phone call.

Sorry to hear that ,My dealings with them have been 110% Orders delivered to me everytime within less than 24hrs of placing phone order,Had you registered with them and sent dropping samples if not that is the problem,once registered service A1,Good Luck.

All is forgiven,they phoned me yesterday afternoon parcel arrived this mo.

Postage dearer than that coming from Spain and item also dearer.I suppose they need the cash.

Don't think I'll be using them again.
