Nehu2012Dc0264 Can Someone Help Please?

Hi guys this Thursday night just gone i found this bird in the back garden NEHU2012DC0264 doesn't seem able to fly other than that seems ok to me.

Checked for contact number an it's unreadable on the wing. It's been in the garden shed since Thursday night out of harms as there's a lot of cats an dogs in the area and didn't want anything to get it.

 

It's been given fresh water an some bird seed/nuts daily.

 

Can someone please provide some details of registered owner or advice on how I can get it back to its owner and what I should do it in the mean time while it's still in my care as I don't keep pigeons myself.
