This young lad stab his carer ten times one blow into the head was so strong it snapped the knife in her skull. He will walk free in less than seven years.

I know some of the family they are devasted. Failed by courts and the social work department. SHAMEFUL.

courts mental dont know about health ? full dudicial system a let down.

Agree on the face of it a very light sentence. If the person's mental health problem led him to kill, I would have thought prison wasn't the proper place for him and that his release would be subject to a continuous assessment process to find out if he was still considered capable of doing that again. JMO.

Perhaps its people that created, reared him and abused him that should be jailed (his Parents).

I'm not taring everyone with the same brus, If mental health issues cause him to kill I don't want him to be in society just round the corner from my house when I have a 6 year old daughter out playing

that still does not excuse what he did and no problem for good old Donald Findlay helping yet another murderer back in to early freedom

Got o agree 100%. If he can do this to someone who looks after him god help anyone who crosses him ,keep him in the looney hoose.
