Hi

The common type of valves are Ball and Gate

the ball turns 90 degrees to close

but the gate valves keep turning until they

stop or you think they are closed which is not always

the case If they are gate valves add more pressure to

the handle ie stillsons or work the handle to open and shut

postion trying to get it fully closed

Cheers

its a 22mm T- piece going into baxi pump. Screwed right in tight as f_ck but still dripping at pump connection. No got a big enough spanner to try and tighten a bit at connection.
