Firstly thank you to fifer for helping me register.

I am new to racing pigeons and am asking the older hands what have I done wrong!?! I was very kindly give five ybs which i fed from hand to start with then fed in loft late afternoon to get them used to coming into loft for food. They were exercised early afternoon and when they stayed on ground were flagged up. They were flying for at least an hour before I started taking them down the road for a toss. Started short then up to three mile. Second day at three mile (prob only two mile as crow flys) all five went missing!!!

Anybody in the Sudbury Suffolk find five extra birds in their loft I would be very grateful to have them back. Many thanks

Sounds like they were a bit on the young side for training with not enough flying around the loft and may have encountered a predator attack. Hope you get some of them back

Thank you. Like I said , I am brand new to this addictive hobby/way of life and was only following orders.

Desperate to get them back.
