watched it live at the time geo,was a top athlete with the british 400m team very strong at this point. :)

 

saw Michael Johnson leave john regis and linford christie (at the time olympic medal winners)50 metres up the track in auld reekie on a wet night running 19.70 or 80 for 200m with mr athletics ron pickering nearly passing out at johnsons running an allcomers record!!!!!!!!! :)
