having just changed yesterday from an economy mix to a breeding mix with lots of small seeds including barley i noticed when went to clean out today that there is a change in the dropings i am thinking its just the change and small seed any thoughts :emoticon-0167-beer:

ITS A COMMON OCCURANCE WHEN CHANGING FEED OVER ,all should be well in a day or 2 .

thought i would have had a better response from the more EDUCATED FANCIERS on the forum but nevertheless all sorted now it was just peace of mind i was looking for thanx for those who answered :emoticon-0167-beer:

sometimes when you change the feed like that it gives their system a jolt when your old feeding is going down mix the new stuff into it so its not such a drastic change you dont want anything upsetting them at this time of year
