Guest slick Posted January 2, 2012 Report Posted January 2, 2012 has anyone used these sheets on there own? or do u have to underboard them or doyou think you would get condensation on them even in a well ventilated loft.
buster151 Posted January 2, 2012 Report Posted January 2, 2012 I've used them but had ply underneath mine
johnnyksspeedshop Posted January 2, 2012 Report Posted January 2, 2012 I have mine on just framing and no under ply. My loft is very small though.Framing its sitting on:How it looks on:
skitch Posted January 2, 2012 Report Posted January 2, 2012 had mine over 15 yaers now mine are ontop of ply when the old felt blew off i took the rest off and put these oundline sheets on you can get them at your local B & Q they do a deal if you buy over 5 around £12 each and they cover approx 2m x 1m
Roland Posted January 2, 2012 Report Posted January 2, 2012 Have mine over a wire roof. They form a false roof where there is ample ventilation beneath. Nary a problem. Think I should / may change the odd one to clear like I used to before to allow the sun position to always be known to the birds ... lighter too.
